Eran Lerman

Dr. Eran Lerman, director of the AJC Israel Office, joined AJC's staff in 2001 after a distinguished career in the Israel Defense Forces Directorate of Military Intelligence Research and Production Division, where he rose to the rank of colonel and held the position of assistant for strategic analysis. He is one of Israel's top strategic analysts on Israel, the Palestinians, Islamic fundamentalism, and the wider Middle East region, and is a regular op-ed contributor to Israeli and U.S. newspapers.
